WagBee Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with WagBee! We're committed to getting your pet's new favorites to your doorstep as quickly and safely as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if available. During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times

WagBee products are fulfilled by third-party suppliers and shipped directly to you. Estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard Shipping: 7–20 business days depending on your location and supplier
  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to supplier processing times, customs clearance, or carrier conditions.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, selected shipping method, and the weight of your order. From time to time, WagBee may offer free shipping promotions or discounts.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package's progress. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active, as some suppliers may take additional time to update tracking systems.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to severe weather, carrier delays, high shipping volumes, customs processing, holidays, or events beyond our reasonable control. WagBee is not responsible for shipping delays caused by third-party carriers or suppliers.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed. Orders returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address may require additional shipping charges before being resent.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of any damaged items or packaging. We'll work with our fulfillment partners and the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

International Shipping

At this time, WagBee ships only within the United States unless otherwise stated on our website. If international shipping becomes available, eligible destinations and rates will be displayed at checkout.
